Vectour Group is seeking dedicated individuals with strong organizational skills to join our transportation management ground crew team. As a Load Zone Attendant, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of pedestrian traffic entering and exiting buses during the event.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Pedestrian Traffic Management: Manage the flow of pedestrian traffic entering and exiting buses at designated transportation hubs and coordinating boarding and departure procedures efficiently.
Customer Service: Provide courteous and helpful assistance to event attendees, answering questions and providing directions as needed.
Crowd Control: Implement crowd control measures to maintain order and ensure the safety of attendees at transportation hubs.
Communication: Coordinate effectively with other members of the transportation management team, bus drivers, and event staff to ensure efficient operations.
Problem-Solving: Quickly address any issues or concerns that arise during transportation operations, including resolving disputes and handling emergencies.
Job Requirements
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain order in a busy environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately verify tickets and ensure the smooth flow of pedestrian traffic.
Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and bus drivers.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust strategies as needed to meet the demands of the event.
Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential, as the transportation schedule must be adhered to without delay.
Availability: Must be available for the entire duration of the event, including the training day on June 19th.
Salary
$23 per hour
Training: June 19, 2026; 6:00 p.m. (in-person and virtual options available)
Event dates and times: June 20 – 21, 2026; 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Staff hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
